Watch Pizza Tutorial

Students will use the paint program to create a drawing of a pizza. Then they will use copy and paste to add different ingredients to their pizza. The children start with a basic shape for the pizza. Then they fill in with a color that reminds them of the pizza crust. We add the sauce using the airbrush tool with the widest spray. Next, we use the thicker paintbrush to add pieces of green pepper. We make one piece of pepperoni and use the copy and paste technique to add more pepperoni to it. You can do the same for mushrooms. Finally, the children use the airbrush technique to add melted cheese as the final topping.
Have them copy and paste a certain number of slices to a word processing document after they compose ten sentences about pizza in general.
Teach students how to save.

Kindergarten Read:  "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom."
Students will then use the Paint program to draw a palm tree and add letter to the picture as if they are running up the tree.  Have students add a text box and type their name.
Students play  game while I save their picture (put into a slideshow to share online).
1st Read:  "Ten Apples Up on Top."
Either upload a picture of each student and have students copy and paste their picture into Paint (if photos aren't available, then have them draw a face.  Draw an apple and  copy and paste it to the top of their head.  
Add a text box that says, "____ apples up on top."  Add name to text box.  
Minimize and play game.
Teach how to save one on one while others are playing game.
2nd Read:  "If You Take A Mouse To School."
Have students copy and paste a picture of the Mouse into the Paint program.

Paint something that the Mouse from the story might ask for.  Add a text box that names what was painted.
Add name to text box.  
Minimize and play Carnival Countdown.
Teach how to save one on one while others are playing game.
3rd Students will learn about constellations and create thier own.  See example below:

4.  Take digital photos of  school workers to add to ppt slide.
