~April 2013:  Presented to Swartz Creek staff on how to use Infuse Learning Assessment Software.

~March 2013:  Presented at the MACUL Technology Conference on Using iPads in the Elementary Classroom.

~May 2010:  I received my Master of Educational Technology degree from Michigan State University.

~December 2009:  Lesson idea published in the Mailbox Magazine.

~November 2009:  I was awarded the Michigan Council For History Education Teacher of the Year.

~January 2009:  I was awarded a grant from Target for $800 to pay for the third grade field trip to Crossroads Village!!

Recently worked with the Wayne County RESA under a grant to develop primary resource lesson plans from resources from the Library of Congress:

~Member of GenNet Pioneer Teacher Group at Genesee Intermediate School District
Created a collaborative project, with a team of three teachers from different districts, to create a webpage about various destinations and landmarks in Michigan.
